Subsidiaries

Three DYNAenergetics joint ventures in the CIS offer our customers explosive technology solutions. Two of them (DYNAenergetics RUS and kazDYNA) are trading companies with local warehousing facilities, selling entire complete perforating systems made up of hardware and explosives. The third joint venture, Perfoline, is a manufacturer of perforating hardware.

These three joint ventures enable us to solve our customers' transport problems and save them all the hassle of customs formalities and permit procedures.
