A temperature resistant Intrinsically Safe detonator for oilfield use that enables continuous, real-time communication with surface and provides confirmation of initiation.

The detonators having a HNS base charge offer a temperature rating of 190°C / 375°F for a maximum duration of an hour. the temperature rating increases to 260°C / 500°F for an hour when used with the heat insulated special vacuum flask.

Designed for exposed use in oilfields, even when subject to caustic well bore fluids.
Pressure rating of up to 1400 bar / 20300 psi and temperature rating of up to 230°C / 450°F for a maximum duration of an hour. In line with the RP67 requirements.

Temperature Resistant Igniters

Available for use in industry-standard setting tools and a wide range of chemical cutters. Maintains the pressure seal after initiation and offers a temperature rating of up to 190°C / 375°F for a maximum duration of an hour. In line with the RP67 requirements.

Time Delays

Often TCP operations require time delays to allow the operator to adjust wellbore conditions. In additions, toe shoot applications in horizontal wells require time delays to reposition the gun string while selectively perforating on coiled tubing.
